Today, President Wolfgang Qi of IFA warmly received Consul General Shambhu Hakki and Commercial Consul Benson Ninan both from Consulate General of the Republic of India in Guangzhou. Both parties discussed ways to promote the development of Indian food in China.
今日,我會會長綦宜龍先生熱情接待了印度駐廣州總領(lǐng)事館總領(lǐng)事Shambhu Hakki和商務(wù)領(lǐng)事Benson Ninan一行,雙方就促進(jìn)印度食品在華發(fā)展等方面進(jìn)行了深入探討。
Firstly, President Qi introduced the Food2China Trading Center and the B2B2C Activity- Food2China Carnival which will be held in the Food2China Trading Center on October 29-31, 2021. Daytime will be B2B matchmaking and retail sessions, evening is party time for public consumers.
首先,綦會長詳細(xì)介紹了廣州(中國)進(jìn)口食品交易中心.萬國食坊(以下簡稱“交易中心”)及將于10月29-31在本中心舉辦的B2B2C哈博市集活動。在活動期間,白天室內(nèi)將舉辦專場B2B采購商洽談會,戶外以零售為主,晚上是大眾消費(fèi)及聚會游玩專場。
Then, the representatives said that the volume of India's agricultural products export is quite large and the categories are very rich. The main products that the Indian side is promoting are coffee, tea and dairy products. However, the brand awareness of Indian dairy products is not as good as New Zealand, Australia, or EU countries because of the insufficient brand promotion in the Chinese market and the different standards of relevant regulatory qualification.
隨后,雙方深入探討了印度食品行業(yè)的痛點(diǎn)及如何促進(jìn)印度食品在華發(fā)展等問題。印度領(lǐng)館代表表示,印度農(nóng)產(chǎn)品出口品類很豐富,出口量也很大,目前重點(diǎn)推廣的品類有咖啡、茶及乳制品,其中印度是世界上第二大乳制品生產(chǎn)國,主要是以原料出口為主。但是由于企業(yè)品牌意識不強(qiáng)及相關(guān)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)和證書跟新澳或歐盟國家的差異,在中國的品牌知名度不高。
Besides, the representatives of the Indian consulate highly appreciated the Food2China Trading Center and Food2China B2B2C Carnival, believing that the center has the advantages to develop the imported food industry and build an industrial ecosystem. Also, they are willing to organize Indian food enterprises to settle at the venue or establish the Indian Pavilion in the Food2China Trading Center.
此外,印度領(lǐng)館代表對交易中心和B2B2C哈博市集活動興趣強(qiáng)烈,認(rèn)為交易中心具有發(fā)展進(jìn)口食品貿(mào)易及打造行業(yè)生態(tài)圈的優(yōu)勢條件,并有意向組織印度企業(yè)在交易中心落地印度國家館。
Meanwhile, they have the intention to hold the Indian Food Festival in the Food2China Carnival which can let consumers know more about Indian vegetarian food and wine and liquor. Also, Indian cultural performance, clothing, handcraft, and other cultural elements will let people feel like traveling in India.
同時(shí)還有意向?qū)⒂《让朗彻?jié)活動落地到哈博市集舉行,除了讓消費(fèi)者體驗(yàn)到具備印度風(fēng)情的素食食品、酒類產(chǎn)品外,還會融入表演、服飾等文化元素,讓更多人感受到獨(dú)具特色的印度文化。
The representatives said that they will strengthen the cooperation with IFA&F2C team to promote the development of Indian food in South China, and introduce the Food2China Carnival and Food2China Trading Center to more Indian enterprises.
印度領(lǐng)館代表還表示未來將加強(qiáng)與協(xié)會&F2C團(tuán)隊(duì)的合作,共同推動印度食品在中國華南地區(qū)的發(fā)展,并向更多印度企業(yè)推介哈博市集活動和廣州(中國)進(jìn)口食品交易中心。
In the future, we will continue to cooperate with foreign chambers of commerce in China to bring more high-quality foreign food to South China and promote the in-depth development of the imported food industry.
未來,我會將繼續(xù)與各國駐穗領(lǐng)館開展廣泛合作,將更多優(yōu)質(zhì)的外國食品帶到華南地區(qū),促進(jìn)進(jìn)口食品行業(yè)的深入發(fā)展。
